ich werde am 2.April für 1 Woche im Mandalay Bay sein, doch jetzt las ich über Renovierarbeiten am Pool, da die Poolanlage ein sehr wichtiges Auswahlkriterium für mich war, würde ich gerne wissen ob jemand weiss, wie die Lage momentan ist, welche Pools haben offen welche sind geschlossen

Pool Renovation Update

In order to make “The Best Pool in Las Vegas” even better, renovations of our award winning pool and beach began on November 05, 2006. During this period the South Lagoon pool will be open for our guest’s enjoyment. The pool is heated to 82 degrees and offers 14 cabanas and poolside seating for over 300 guests.

Renovations at the main pool area will be ongoing through June. However, we are pleased to announce that as of March 16th, we will begin to release areas of the main beach and pool area starting with the newly expanded beach area, the lazy river area and one surrounding pool with cabanas.

On April 15th, guests will enjoy the remaining pool areas with the exception of Moorea which will re-open with our new offerings in June.

On April 30th, Moorea Beach Club will reopen for guests’ enjoyment.

In June, we will unveil our new offerings including an expanded entrance, cabana reception, retail store, poolside café, casino and 2nd story sun villas at Moorea.
The pool entrance is being expanded to create a better arrival for guests and will open in June. For the interim, guests can access the pool from two other entrances off of the main pool path: the first located near Border Grill by the convention center, or the second located near the South Lagoon Pool.

This information is the current estimated time frame for renovations. As with all construction schedules, these dates may fluctuate. However, we are working closely with the contractor to meet these time frames.
